As a Midwest Uniform Company, we receive many common questions about service, pricing, and benefits. Q: How are we able to compete with the Nationals?

A: CLEAN is able to be competitive as a uniform company and set ourselves apart from our National Competitors due to four major differences:

 Technology Driven, Guaranteed 100% Delivery

All garments are scanned in and out of processing facilities to insure accurate 100% deliveries. Our Route Sales Representative share this information with our customers at each delivery, as well as through CLEAN’s customer access website.  On the customer access website our customers can review their garment accountability, billing, and much more.  Through iPad technology our managers are able to pull up account information at anytime from anywhere, assisting customers with a much faster response time.

Keeping it Green

Our goal is simple, continue to “Green” what we do, however we can do it. All CLEAN’s processing facilities use NPE-free environmentally friendly chemicals, and have committed to filter out any contaminants before reintroducing the water into the ecosystem. Our ISO 14001 certification shows our commitment to the environment and is verification that we are doing what we say we are doing.

Q: With my old provider I never understood the pricing, how can you help me to understand my invoice?

A: CLEAN’s goal is to eliminate the spike in billing and provide systems and programs that add the best value.  CLEAN’s Route Sales Representatives go over invoices with customers on a weekly basis to make sure they understand their invoice.


Q:  What are the ways I can receive my invoice?

A: We offer 4 different ways to receive your invoice: email, fax, mail, and on our customer access website.
