Sanitizing and Disinfection Services

Restroom Deep Cleaning, Common Area Disinfection, Small Surface Disinfection, Portable UV Light Sanitizing

the clean difference

We have developed new strategies to be a stronger partner in on-site health for both your internal employee and external customer well-being. No matter the area or facility, CLEAN will thoroughly remove contaminants, eliminate odors, and reduce the risk of disease to protect your health and safety.

Difference Between Disinfection
and Sanitizing

Disinfection

Disinfectants are products that destroy all organisms in 10 minutes during the AOAC Use Dilution Test, a test regulated by the EPA to determine the efficiency of disinfectants. Disinfecting requires a stronger solution to destroy germs rather than simply reduce them.

Sanitization

Sanitizing is a chemical process that lessens and even kills germs on surfaces to make them safe for contact. Sanitizers are agents that destroy 99.999 percent of bacteria in 30 seconds during the Official Detergent Sanitizer Test (a public health test).

While different, both methods are a step up from regular cleaning because cleaning only removes visible dirt. When you sanitize or disinfect, you are removing potentially harmful bacteria that might not be visible to the naked eye.

CLEAN process

Before you put your dishes in the dishwasher you usually rinse them, right? Rinsing them off does not make them ready to be eaten from again, but it makes it easier on the dishwasher to do its job and disinfect. Traditional janitorial services are like rinsing the dishes before they go in the dishwasher. They are cleared off, but they are not ready to go back in the cabinet. We use the dishwasher because it deep cleans the dishes by disinfecting and removing the germs living on them from your last meal. That is the CLEAN process — we go a step further than your traditional cleaning services to destroy bacteria and provide you with a clean and safe environment to work in.

How it works

Similar to our rental uniform services, this process is run on a route system. Each location will have a truck dedicated to our disinfection and sanitizing solutions to stop by your facility as needed. We offer flexible service times to work around your business’ schedule with a contract-based payment plan. Whether you need us in to deep clean once a week or once a month, we’ll be there! When planning our service times, we ask that your area is wiped down before we get there. The more surface that is clear of dirt and debris the more surface area will be affected by our services.

Spray n’ Vac: The CLEAN solution to deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection is a Spray n’ Vac system that breaks up and power rinses soils from fixtures, floors, and walls. Electrostatic Disinfection: The patented technology in this equipment provides an electrical charge to solutions, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical, and underneath – with an effective and even coverage. One of the chemistries of our choices has been tested against the specific organism that causes COVID-19 and now carries the fastest kill claim in the United States for a liquid disinfectant. Our other chemistries have demonstrated effectiveness against Norovirus, Influenza A, Pseudomonas aeruoginosa, Staphylococous Aureus, and more, including COVID-19 depending on the contact time.

UVC Surface Sterilization: With a powerful 35 Watt UV-C lamp emitting at a wavelength of 254nm, this solution effectively and efficiently decontaminates surfaces from viruses and bacteria including MRSA, TB, E.Coli, Salmonella, CRKP, VRE, colds, flu and measles, and molds. The portable design allows it to sanitize the smallest of spaces such as inside lockers, drawers, and cupboards.
