It was a busy end to a great 2014 for CLEAN! Here’s what happened around our uniform services facilities through the holiday season:
St. Louis employees gathered to celebrate the retirement of Nadya Kudelya. Nadya has been with CLEAN for 15 years and her presence will be sorely missed by all. We wish Nadya all the best as she begins this new chapter in her life!!
Ugly Sweater Day
St. Louis held an ugly holiday sweater day on Tuesday, December 23.
Thanks to the generosity of employees, CLEAN was able to gather presents for children in need this holiday season.
Chad and Sarah Garcia on the birth of their son Eli Jay Allan Garcia on December 15.
Scott and Darcie Stephens on the birth of their daughter Annabelle Stephens on December 29.
Highland, IL Open House
On Thursday, November 13, the CLEAN team hosted an open house for employees and their families. During the open house, management had a presentation explaining our business and the day-to-day operation. Following the presentation, plant tours were given to show the plant flow and how each department participates in the overall process.
Over 75 employees and family members attended the open house. The employees were able to show their families how they contribute and the roles of their position. Several family members commented about how they enjoyed the opportunity to see the operation and gain understanding of what their family members do at CLEAN.
Perfect Attendance Luncheon
Oklahoma City had a celebration luncheon for those with perfect attendance for the month of November. Attendees were Ali Rashid, Martina Balderrama, Karina Gonzalez, Morena Ortiz, Rosa Ramirez, Rosa Palomina, Mario Alvarado, and AZaid Aljuobory.
To be eligible, employees must be at work on time every day and not miss any clock-ins or clock-outs throughout the month. Good job!!
To show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication, we drew names for prizes for our RSRs and production employees.
Congratulations to Veronica Ochoa, the winner of our semi-annual Safety Jackpot drawing. She won $125!
Employees from St. Louis, Highland, IL, and O’Fallon, MO gathered at the Old Rock House in St. Louis to celebrate the holidays together. Employees and retirees were treated with lunch and music from Dee Jay Nune and the first ever CLEAN Christmas Choir.
Before heading to the holiday party, Highland employees decided to stop by the St. Louis location and take a tour of the facility. The guided tour included a look at the industrial plant, healthcare facility, and stockroom.
Thanks for all who attended and we hope you all had a Happy Holiday!
